Dave Hill

Outdoor Education Coordinator

Dave Hill has been with MIT Physical Education and Wellness since  January 2023 as an Outdoor Education Intern focused on Backpacking and Climbing, while auditing all Extreme PE classes to continue to enhance student enjoyment and participation. In May 2023, Dave will earn his Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Sport, with an emphasis in Natural Resource Recreation Management. Dave has been a competitive rock climber for more than 15 years and has competed all over the country. He loves climbing outside and has scaled several thousand foot cliffs in the Western US. Dave has coached 3 different climbing teams and also a recreational sail camp. In his free time, Dave climbs competitively, and will sail or hike recreationally.
