Options to earn Physical Education & Wellness points with MIT Recreation include:
Group Exercise classes, Private Swim lessons and Personal Training*
(*effective 1/9/23).
MIT Varsity Athletics and ROTC
are also ways to earn points outside
of participating in PE&W courses.
Students may purchase a group exercise monthly pass through Recreation. Upon successful completion of the 440 minutes of group exercise classes, students will earn 2 points. Check schedule for applicable group exercise classes. Remote classes are not applicable.

Students may purchase a personal training package through the MIT Recreation app (available on iOs and Android) effective 1/9/23. Upon successful completion of 440 minutes of personal training, students will earn 2 points. A 10 pack of 45 minute session is available for purchase to earn points.
